After expanding to three franchise branded stores over six years, it was now time to stand independently and look toward future growth opportunities.

Together Des and Vicki have enjoyed over 30 years of retail experience prior to opening their first franchise store partnership.  Both maintain a hands-on approach to managing their stores.  With a focus on building customer loyalty, Des and Vicki pride themselves on making sure the team at Violet and Moss provide an exceptional service experience.

Des oversees general operations and marketing whilst Vicki’s focus continues to be on presenting beautiful homewares in-store.

Now having had many years in the retail industry, and with the continued support of their local customers, Vicki and Des begin a new journey under a fresher name – Violet and Moss.   Free to grow and spread their wings.
